Praised for performances that “balance passion with sensitivity and grace” (BBC Music Magazine), the twotime GRAMMY® Award-nominated Neave Trio is known for its fiery connection and a shared sense of storytelling that reflects the deep human bonds at the core of chamber music. The Trio’s 2026-2027 season brings the U.S. premiere of Eric Nathan’s Dreamscapes, debuts at Snape Maltings Aldeburgh and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and a return to Kings Place in London, alongside a Kohl Mansion residency, a collaboration with soprano Laura Strickling, and performances throughout Hawaii.

Formed in 2010, the Neave Trio has performed at esteemed concert series and festivals worldwide, including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Smithsonian, and across Europe, Japan, and Russia. Advocates for living composers, the Trio commissioned Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Jennifer Higdon to write a new work for piano trio, A Vast Palette, which premiered during the 2025-2026 season and was featured in the Trio’s London debut at Kings Place. Neave Trio has also commissioned works by Augusta Read Thomas, Eric Nathan, Robert Sirota, Leah Reid, Robert Paterson, and Dale Trumbore.

Prolific recording artists, the Neave Trio released its new album, In Her Hands, in Spring 2026. Musical Remembrances (Chandos, 2022) earned a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Chamber Music/ Small Ensemble, and their latest release, La Mer (Chandos, 2025), was nominated for a 2026 GRAMMY® Award in the same category.
